Take Your Mind on Holiday

A deeply relaxing hypnotic experience to rejuvenate body and mind.

In support of the Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre

From simple lockdown fatigue to feelings of anxiety, the pandemic has affected many people in different ways, and more than ever it is important to find ways to relax both our bodies and mind.

Would you like to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and refocussed?

On March 10th, while we are still staying safely at home, I will be offering a moment of deep relaxation.

During this 30-45 minute hypnotic visualisation, I will take you on a journey to a wonderful beach holiday destination.

When we create a hypnotic state, we can access the sub-conscious mind. The sub-conscious (your imagination) doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined.

The body and mind respond to suggestions given and to what you are imagining! When you imagine it, you FEEL it!

As well as going on a holiday journey, you will be given suggestions that will benefit your health, wellbeing and your emotional state.

Wed 10th March 2021 at 7pm via Zoom

It’s only £10 and all the money will be donated to one of my favourite local charities, The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre in Crawley. The Olive Tree provides a wide range of free services to everyone affected by Cancer, whether patients or those around them, including information, emotional support or a myriad of complementary therapies to help cancer patients throughout their journey.

Can’t make that day? Don’t fancy Zoom?

If you are not available on that day or if you would prefer to experience this relaxation in your own time and privacy, you can still participate.

Register now and I will send you a MP3 recording for you to enjoy after the event.
