When we come under excessive pressure, from our home, work or social factors, we tend to respond with anxiety, anger or depression or a combination of the three.

Anxiety is one of the most prevalent mental health problems in the UK and elsewhere. In 2012 84% of GP consultations in the UK reported were attributed to issues with stress and anxiety.
