I will start each session by introducing some essential self-help tools that will help you create calm, stay in the present moment and think more positively about the future.
In the first session, I will then give a brief explanation of hypnotherapy before guiding you into hypnosis (deep relaxation) to help you release stress, anxiety and negative emotions.
Each session will take you in a deeply relaxing experience which is specifically designed for people suffering from anxiety and stress.
You should be in a quiet place where you can sit comfortably, away from disruptions, and with your camera positioned in such a way that you do not need to hold it and I can see you at all times.
Using headphones is recommended but not essential.
I will send out an intake form prior to the event to ensure that this program is right for you.
