I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and practitioner of EMDR techniques.
I work with a combination of techniques depending on client needs. These include : hypnosis, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming), Energy Psychology techniques such as TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Matrix Reimprinting and other mind reprogramming techniques.

After an initial career in the commercial sector, I developed an interest in people’s development and, over 15 years ago, started a new career as a trainer and coach.
Interested in new approaches to widen my skills and expertise, I qualified as a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, a TimeLine therapist and later on completed a Diploma in Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapy accredited by the GHSC as well as an EMDR qualitification.
In addition to my private practice, I have been volunteering as a hypnotherapist for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Charity since Jan 2014.
I work with people from all walks of life.
I adhere to the code of conduct of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
